From listening to your brief and creating a design board, to arriving at your offices with a mobile Photography studio, a Make Up Artist and a Stylist, we have everything covered.

HOW IT WORKS

Consultation Meeting

Online Meeting to discuss your company and the preferred mood of your headshots.

I will explain some options for the lighting style that will work with your business type and some backdrop options based on your business style and branding.

Hair and Make Up

All sitters will be asked to arrive with their make up and hair as they usually wear it.

Hair and Make Up will then use this as a base to get them camera ready.

Wardrobe

We will work together to create a wardrobe brief to send out to all staff before the shoot day to advise them on colour schemes and things to avoid.

FAQ’S

Q: What if we have more than 25 members of staff?
A: We base our cost on a day rate per crew member, plus retouching and delivery of the images. We can shoot up to a maximum of 25 people a day so we can work out how many days you would need us.

Q: What if we don’t have a suitable space to host the shoot day?
A: We offer a studio space in the centre of Cirencester for an additional fee, providing a professional setting for your shoot.  If this location is not suitable, we can explore alternative venues closer to you.

Q: When will we receive our images?
A: All edited images will be uploaded to a secure site for your access.  For a single day shoot, the images will be delivered within 10 business days.
