Consultation Meeting
Online meeting to discuss you and your company and the preferred mood of your headshots.
I will explain some options for the lighting style that will work with your business type and some backdrop options or locations based on your business style and branding.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
I offer the option to add professional Hair & Make Up Artists and Wardrobe Stylists to your Portrait session – so you can show up feeling confident, polished and completely yourself.

On-site professionals who tailor your look to suit the tone of the shoot – natural, glam or somewhere in between.
2. Stylist
From selecting outfits that photograph beautifully to helping define you rpersonal brand style, stylists can take the stress out of planning what to wear.

FAQs
What if we have more than 25 members of staff?
We base our cost on a day rate per crew member, plus retouching and delivery of the images. We can shoot up to a maximum of 25 people a day so we can work out how many days you would need us.
What if we don't have a suitable space to host the shoot day?
We offer a studio space in the centre of Cirencester for an additional fee, providing a professional setting for your shoot. If this location is not suitable, we can explore alternative venues closer to you.
When will we receive our images?
All edited images will be uploaded to a secure site for your access. For a single day shoot, the images will be delivered within 10 business days.
