There seems to be a trend at the moment for high street veg shops to have a makeover and become bespoke greengrocers selling exceptional ingredients. It fairly makes my heart sing when this happens, especially when I am asked to make them some lovely images for their walls. Here’s a sneak preview from just such a commission.
